Automatic tee-time booking, on your schedule
Choose when and where you want to play. AutoBook uses your authorized course account to attempt matching tee times at compatible courses, including when your booking window opens.
Your course. Your group. Your preferred time.
Set specific dates or a weekly schedule, your ideal time range, nine or eighteen holes, walking or cart, and the golfers joining you. If your course has multiple courses, select the course you want. Each reservation can include up to four golfers.
You keep the membership or guest privileges your venue requires. AutoBook helps with the booking process; it does not provide course access or override course rules.
Ready when your booking window opens
Connect your course account and, if you know it, add your booking window and release time. Times follow the course’s local time zone. Authorize a request now for a future round; it can remain pending until your account is allowed to book.
For supported automatic connections, AutoBook prepares the login shortly before the stored opening time and attempts a matching reservation when booking opens. If your preferred times are full, it can periodically watch for cancellation openings.
A clear result in My Bookings
Pending requests and confirmed tee times have distinct statuses. A request only becomes confirmed after the venue confirms the reservation. Booking email alerts can notify you of the result, and My Bookings keeps your courses, upcoming rounds and preferences together.
On compatible connections, you can request a cancellation or change the golfers. AutoBook checks the current availability and verifies the venue’s response before updating the booking.
Check your connection before relying on automation
Search the directory and connect your own account. A course appearing in the directory is not a guarantee that its booking workflow is supported. The connection’s status tells you whether automatic booking can proceed or needs attention.
Course availability, account restrictions and venue rules always apply. AutoBook can handle supported CAPTCHAs on compatible connections, but some challenges may still prevent booking. Reservations are not guaranteed, and AutoBook does not automatically pay arbitrary venue checkout charges.
One membership, your saved courses
Start with a 3-day free trial, then $19/month for unlimited monthly bookings, limited to one tee time per day. The trial starts at membership checkout. Cancel before it ends to avoid the first charge. Green fees, cart fees and simulator charges are separate. Manage your membership in My Bookings.
