How tee-time booking windows work
A booking window tells you when a course allows your account to reserve a round. The important details are how many days ahead you can book, the release time, and which time zone the course uses.

Use the window for your own account
Members, guests and different membership categories can have different access at the same course. A date displayed on the tee sheet may be visible before your account can reserve it. Ask your course or check its published policy for your specific privileges.
Do not assume every public or semi-private course uses the same number of days. Nor should a member’s earlier access be applied to a guest account. Course rules remain the authority.
Check both the day and the release time
For example, a course could open next Saturday’s tee times seven days earlier at 7:00 AM in the course’s local time. Another course could release them at 6:30 AM or use a rolling window. These are examples, not a universal golf policy.
Use the course’s local time rather than your phone’s current time zone. This matters when you travel and when daylight saving time changes. Also check whether the course closes online booking during certain hours.
Prepare a request before the window opens
In AutoBook, select the course and desired dates, time range, golfers, holes and transportation. If you know the window and release time, add them during course setup. You can authorize a future request even when its tee time is not yet available to your account.
For supported automatic connections, the scheduler can prepare the login shortly before the stored opening time and attempt a booking when the window opens. If it cannot confirm a matching time, the request stays pending and can continue watching for availability.
Treat pending and confirmed differently
Pending is a request, not a reservation. The course may not have opened the date yet, your preferred times may be full, or the account may need attention. Use the status in My Bookings to see whether action is needed.
AutoBook marks a tee time confirmed only after it receives booking confirmation. No scheduler can create inventory, override membership restrictions or guarantee the earliest slot. If your course changes its rules, update your setup before the next request.
