Yes. Start a 3-day free trial when you complete membership checkout with Whop. Payment details are required. After the trial, membership is $19/month for unlimited bookings, limited to one tee time per day for up to four golfers. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Your trial starts at checkout, regardless of when you book or play. Course fees are separate.

We cap AutoBook membership at each home course to help members have a good experience and improve their chances of getting their preferred tee times. We show an “almost full” alert when a course approaches capacity. When requests conflict, priority will follow continuous paid AutoBook membership for that course, starting with the first successful payment. If membership lapses, seniority resets. Priority applies only among AutoBook requests; the venue’s rules, availability and other golfers still determine whether a reservation can be made. No member is guaranteed a time.

No. For supported, activated connections, AutoBook is designed to attempt bookings promptly, including when the venue’s booking window opens. Availability, already-booked times, tournaments, blackout periods, venue rules and technical delays can affect the result. A particular time or booking speed is never guaranteed.

For a private course, you need your member credentials and the required playing privileges. For a public course, provide any sign-in its booking system requires. If it allows booking without an account, AutoBook can use your first and last name, email address, phone number and other required booking details after verifying that workflow. Date of birth is requested only if the course requires it. Venue rules, availability and any separate checkout requirements still apply.

No. Your AutoBook subscription pays for booking assistance. Course fees, simulator charges, guest fees, taxes and other venue charges are separate.

Yes, where your course supports these online actions. Plan your next tee time or edit golfers in My Bookings. Before adding anyone, we check the live tee sheet; golfers who joined independently keep their places. If your group will not fit, we ask whether you want us to find another time. We only search after you agree, and your existing booking stays in place. To cancel, open My Bookings, find the confirmed tee time, and choose Cancel reservation. It stays visible until we verify cancellation with your course, then moves to History. If the venue cannot complete cancellation online, cancel directly with it. Venue deadlines and cancellation policies apply. Pausing requests does not cancel existing reservations.

Cancel your AutoBook subscription anytime in My Bookings on AutoBook to stop future renewals. Subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. Canceling does not refund the current billing period.
