How to plan recurring tee times for your group

A regular golf group needs a repeatable plan: who is playing, which course works, and what time everyone can make. Set those boundaries before turning a weekly preference into an automatic booking request.

Choose a realistic weekly schedule

Select the weekdays you want to play and a time range the entire group can accept. Add skip dates for holidays, travel or weeks when the group is unavailable. Use selected dates instead if you only want a few specific rounds.

For a course with multiple courses, select the course for that request. AutoBook shares your membership across your saved courses, but each venue’s access rules and booking window still apply. The membership allows a maximum of one confirmed tee time per day.

Identify every golfer

Use names or member identifiers recognized by the course. Set the actual group size rather than reserving extra spaces as backups. One AutoBook tee time accommodates up to four golfers; venue restrictions on guests or group composition may further limit the request.

Choose nine or eighteen holes and walking or cart where the course supports them. Venue charges are separate from your AutoBook membership, and a saved membership payment method does not automatically authorize a course to charge it.

Authorize the request and follow its status

Once the course connection and membership setup are ready, authorize your preferences. A compatible automatic connection can attempt a matching booking when your account’s window opens. If nothing is available, the request can remain pending and watch for cancellations.

My Bookings separates upcoming tee times from history. Check the course, date, time and group on the confirmed reservation, and keep email alerts enabled. A saved preference or pending request alone does not mean the course has reserved a spot.

Make changes without displacing other golfers

On compatible connections, AutoBook checks the current tee sheet before changing a confirmed group. If an outside golfer has filled the last spot, you cannot add a fifth person. The site asks whether you want to look for another time rather than assuming you want to move.

A change or cancellation must be confirmed with the venue before the booking record is updated. If you cancel directly with the course, follow its policy. Canceling or rescheduling a round does not change the 3-day membership trial or its billing date.
