Watch for tee-time cancellations

Choose the course, date, earliest and latest tee time, and actual group size. For example, you can request next Saturday between 8 AM and noon for four golfers. AutoBook looks for enough available spaces for your group, not just any opening on the tee sheet.

You can also set recurring weekdays and skip dates. The same course rules, account eligibility and booking-window restrictions apply to a cancellation opening as to any other reservation.

Once your account is eligible to book, a pending request can check periodically for availability. Checks are spaced out and become more frequent closer to the requested round. AutoBook does not refresh the course every second, and another golfer may book between checks.

With a compatible automatic connection, AutoBook attempts the match without requiring you to race back to the tee sheet. It stops treating the request as available to book after confirmation to avoid duplicate reservations. If the connection requires attention or cannot complete the reservation, the status explains that instead.

Keep booking email alerts enabled to receive the confirmed booking or a request outcome at your verified sign-in email address. You can also check My Bookings. Pending is not a reservation; wait for the confirmed course, date and time before making plans around it.

If your plans change, cancel the pending request or pause requests for that course. A confirmed booking must be canceled with the venue; supported in-site cancellation verifies that result before changing your booking record.

AutoBook is booking assistance, not a guarantee of inventory. You need the course membership or guest privileges required for the round. CAPTCHA-protected steps and unsupported checkout requirements can prevent automation. Venue fees are separate from the $19/month AutoBook membership, which allows one tee time per day.
