Terms of service
Version 2026-10-03-v1. Read these terms before agreeing and creating an account.
What AutoBook does
AutoBook is a booking-assistance service intended to help users find and request more reservations at their preferred times. It does not sell course membership or guarantee additional bookings, access, availability, a particular time, or booking speed. A saved preference, request, or payment to AutoBook is not a venue reservation. Only a confirmation from the venue establishes a reservation.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate contact, membership and golfer information. Use only course accounts you own or have express permission to use, and obtain permission before providing another person’s details. You are responsible for securing your sign-in accounts and promptly reporting unauthorized activity. AutoBook may require verification or refuse unsupported accounts.
Your course’s rules and your responsibilities
You must determine whether your venue permits automated booking and comply with its membership, guest, booking-window, cancellation, no-show and conduct rules. Using AutoBook does not grant an exception to those rules or make an otherwise prohibited booking permissible. Do not use the service if the venue prohibits it. You are responsible for consequences attributable to your inaccurate information, unauthorized use, instructions or rule violations, including venue penalties or loss of privileges. AutoBook does not control a venue’s rules, decisions or enforcement. This provision does not excuse AutoBook from responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limited authorization
When you connect an account and approve booking instructions, you authorize AutoBook to use that account only to perform supported actions within those instructions. Confirm the exact booking portal, dates, local time zone, golfers and any spending limit. This is not permission for arbitrary purchases, signing unrelated agreements, or bypassing access restrictions. Additional venue terms, identity checks or payment authentication may require your personal action. You can pause instructions or disconnect your course; a request already submitted may still complete.
Availability and confirmation
Availability, account privileges, release schedules, software changes, outages, network delays and third-party authentication can prevent or delay a booking. Inspect your venue account and confirmations, particularly when a result is uncertain. Do not submit duplicate requests while an earlier result is unresolved. AutoBook may hold allowance while reconciling an uncertain request. It does not guarantee compatibility with every course or simulator.
Memberships and venue charges
New AutoBook memberships include a 3-day free trial beginning when membership checkout is completed with Whop. Payment details and express billing agreement are required. Whop manages the trial and charges $19/month after it ends, until canceled. Membership includes unlimited bookings, limited to one tee time per day for up to four golfers. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. The trial and its billing date do not depend on when a tee time is booked or played; canceling or rescheduling a round does not extend the trial. Course fees and other venue charges are separate.
Existing first-booking-free credits
Members who enrolled under the earlier first-booking-free offer retain any remaining free-booking credits, including earned or reserved course-setup bonuses. AutoBook no longer starts a membership charge automatically after those tee times. Monthly membership billing requires completing a new Whop checkout and expressly agreeing to the 3-day trial and $19/month subscription. A canceled or rescheduled free round must still be reported in My Bookings before its scheduled tee time, using the course time zone. A timely cancellation restores that free-booking credit; a timely reschedule moves the credit to the replacement round. At or after the tee time, round reports close. Reporting a round change does not change or cancel the venue reservation. Failed booking attempts do not consume a free-booking credit. These credits do not extend a Whop trial or alter its billing date.
Existing course setup bonuses
Course-setup bonuses apply only to eligible members on the earlier first-booking-free offer and provide booking-assistance credits. They do not extend a Whop 3-day trial. Eligibility is shown before connecting an eligible course, and the offer must be reserved before starting. The first verified AutoBook reservation for that course must be completed within the displayed 30-day reservation period; a successful login alone does not earn a bonus. Each qualifying setup adds one extra free AutoBook booking, with a lifetime maximum of three bonuses per customer across accounts and one bonus per course. Existing reserved and earned credits remain available subject to their eligibility and use conditions. Bonuses have no cash value and do not cover course fees or other venue charges. The one-tee-time-per-day limit and the earlier offer’s round cancellation and rescheduling deadlines apply. Removing and reconnecting a course, duplicate listings or repeated confirmations do not create new eligibility.
Payments and cancellations
Payment processors and venues provide their own checkout and payment terms. Do not send raw card numbers or card security codes to AutoBook support. Any supported automatic venue payment requires your express authorization and spending limit. Pausing AutoBook instructions or disconnecting a course does not cancel a venue reservation or a Whop subscription. Manage subscription cancellation in My Bookings on AutoBook; contact support if you need assistance. Unless an explicitly available cancellation feature confirms otherwise, cancel reservations directly with the venue and verify cancellation before its deadline. You may cancel your AutoBook subscription at any time in My Bookings on AutoBook to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not refund the current billing period. Subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the current paid period as shown in My Bookings; retain your cancellation confirmation. These terms do not waive mandatory refund rights.
Privacy and portal submissions
Our Privacy notice explains account data, encrypted course credentials and service providers. Submit only public booking URLs without personal tokens. Portal contributions are review requests, not permission to change other members’ settings. Malicious URLs, impersonation, credential harvesting, unauthorized access, reservation resale, quota evasion and interference with the service or venue systems are prohibited. We may investigate, restrict or suspend misuse.
Independent venues
AutoBook is independent of the courses, simulator operators and booking-software providers listed, unless an affiliation is expressly stated. A directory listing, logo or portal suggestion is not an endorsement or representation that the venue authorizes automation. Venue services, facilities, safety conditions, staff and fulfillment remain under the venue’s control.
Use at your own risk; warranty limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free results. You choose whether to use booking assistance and remain responsible for reviewing your instructions and venue confirmations. We do not assume the ordinary risks of attending or playing at a venue. Nothing here excludes a warranty, duty or consumer protection that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AutoBook and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from use of the service, including lost opportunities or venue access. To that same extent, aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the AutoBook subscription fees you paid in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. They do not relieve us of responsibility for our own conduct where applicable law prevents that limitation.
Claims caused by misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse AutoBook for reasonable losses and costs from third-party claims caused by your unlawful use, unauthorized account access, intentional misconduct or material violation of these terms. This obligation applies only to the extent attributable to your conduct and does not cover AutoBook’s negligence, wrongdoing or breach. We will provide reasonable notice of a claim and will not agree to a settlement imposing obligations on you without your consent.
Changes, suspension and disputes
We may update features or suspend access for security, misuse, venue restrictions or discontinued support. Material terms changes will be presented for renewed agreement where required and will not retroactively remove accrued rights. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain available. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent lawful. Contact support first if possible; this does not prevent you from contacting regulators, disputing an unauthorized charge, or using available legal remedies.
