AutoBook

Privacy notice

We measure page visits, setup milestones, broad error categories and optional feedback to improve signup and booking. These records use a random session identifier and may be linked to your signed-in account. We do not record form contents, passwords, card details, or session video for these analytics. Individual events are retained for up to 30 days and are visible only through owner analytics. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this optional measurement.

Creating a free AutoBook profile collects your first and last name, verified sign-in email, date of birth, state and chosen username. We use your date of birth to check that you are at least 18 and your state as private profile information. Date of birth and state are encrypted in storage and are not included in friend searches, suggestions or public profiles. Profile creation does not start a membership, authorize bookings, or subscribe you to marketing emails. You can edit these private details from your profile link on the Friends page.

Friends features are optional and free. We store your chosen name, username, profile photo, optional phone number, discoverability preference, and reserve-alert preference. If you enable discovery, other golfers can find your name, username and photo using a name or username search, your exact sign-in email or your phone number. Your profile may appear in friends-of-friends suggestions with a mutual-friend count. We do not display your email, phone number, date of birth or state to other golfers. Discovery is off by default when you create a new profile. Contact lookup values are keyed hashes and profile details are encrypted in storage. Phone numbers are self-reported, not verified. Requests require the recipient’s acceptance before a friendship is established. Accepted friends can select your name for their groups. Reserve invitations share the organizer’s name, course, playing date, and time with the invited friend, and require acceptance before an addition is attempted. Email alerts use your verified sign-in email when enabled. Invitations to people outside AutoBook open your own messaging or email application; AutoBook does not upload your address book or automatically send these invitations. You can turn off discovery or reserve emails, remove a photo, or remove friends on the Friends page. Contact us for deletion of your profile and associated records.

For public or guest bookings, we collect the first and last name, booking email address and phone number you provide. You may supply your date of birth if your selected course requires it; we only fill a birth-date field when it is required for booking. Booking contact details are encrypted with your course connection and shared with that course’s booking system only to carry out your authorized requests. They are not shared with other golfers, included in checkout, or provided as input values to the AI page interpreter. Disconnecting the course removes these saved contact details along with its credentials and browser session.

AutoBook helps members save golf-course booking preferences and prepare authorized tee-time requests. Contact: laddcaldwell@gmail.com.

We receive your account identifier, name, email address and available profile image when you sign in with Google or Whop. Google sign-in requests only basic identity, profile and email information; it does not request access to Gmail, contacts, calendars or Drive. We use these details to identify your account and save your settings.

If you connect a course account, we collect the course/software details, login credentials you supply, booking preferences, playing dates and times, and golfer names you enter. Only provide credentials for an account you are authorized to use and golfer details you have permission to share. Course credentials are separate from Google or Whop sign-in.

If you submit a course portal for review, we save its public URL, software name and your account identifier. Submissions do not change other members’ saved settings and are not recommended to them unless independently reviewed. We do not show contributor identities or course credentials. Each member must still confirm the address before entering credentials. Contact us to correct or remove a contribution.

The website is hosted on Whop. Cloudflare processes account sessions, saved preferences, encrypted course credentials and booking-service records. For supported course connections, Browserbase provides isolated remote browsers and automatic CAPTCHA handling. It processes the course page and the login, session and booking information needed to carry out your authorized requests. AutoBook disables Browserbase session recordings and browser logs. Whop handles checkout and membership payments under its own policies. When a supported booking connection is operational, the service uses your course credentials and group details with your selected course’s booking system to carry out authorized requests.

Course credentials are encrypted in storage, and service access is restricted. Account session cookies keep you signed in. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect their services. No online service can promise absolute security.

We use Google account data only for sign-in and account functionality. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. AutoBook’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Saved account and setup records remain until removed through available controls or an account-deletion request. Disconnecting a course removes its stored credentials and browser session and pauses its requests; it does not delete the entire AutoBook account. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of account data. We verify requests before acting. Payment records held by Whop and records a provider must retain under its own obligations are managed under that provider’s policies. You can also revoke Google access in your Google Account connections settings; revoking access does not itself delete AutoBook records.

We record the terms version and time you agree, and link that record to your signed-in account. Agreement records may be retained as needed to document consent and meet legal obligations.

We may update this notice as features change. Updated information will appear on this page before materially different data uses begin.
