How to find a tee time when the course is full

A full tee sheet does not necessarily stay full. When another golfer cancels, a space may become available. A cancellation watch can check for that opening while you get on with your day.

Decide what actually works for your group

Start with a specific course, playing date, earliest start and latest start. A wider range gives a search more times to consider, but include only times you are willing to play. If the course has multiple courses, choose the one you want.

Party size matters. A single opening in an existing foursome can work for one golfer; it cannot accommodate your whole group of four. Set the actual golfer names, nine or eighteen holes, and walking or cart preference before authorizing a request.

Check your access and the booking window

A public tee sheet may require a course account, while a private course may require an eligible membership. Seeing an opening does not establish that your account is allowed to book it. Follow the venue’s rules and use only an account you are authorized to use.

If the booking window has not opened, the request should wait until you are eligible. Once it opens, a cancellation watch can look for a time that matches your instructions.

Let a compatible connection watch for you

With AutoBook, connect your course account, set your preferences and authorize the request. At compatible venues, the scheduler checks periodically and attempts a matching reservation when one is available. Checks become more frequent as the requested round gets closer; this is not a continuous, second-by-second scan.

Keep booking email alerts enabled and check My Bookings for the result. Pending means the request has not become a confirmed reservation. Another golfer may take an opening first, and AutoBook does not guarantee a tee time. Supported CAPTCHAs can be handled on compatible connections; some challenges may still prevent booking.

Stop a watch when your plans change

Cancel a pending request or pause the course’s requests in My Bookings if you no longer want a reservation. A confirmed reservation is different: use the available cancellation control and wait for venue confirmation, or cancel directly with the course. Venue deadlines and fees still apply.

AutoBook offers a 3-day free trial from membership checkout, then costs $19/month for booking assistance, with a maximum of one tee time per day. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Green fees, cart fees and other venue charges are separate.
